Betty Burton Haizlip

Betty Burton Haizlip, 90, of Winston-Salem passed away on Monday, December 31, 2018. She was born in Forsyth County, April 5, 1928 to Clyde Thomas and Bessie Waller Burton. Mrs. Haizlip retired from Lyndhurst OB/GYN and Associates after many years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jasper Dean Haizlip; her parents; a brother Elvin Burton and a sister Lillian Lowder. She is survived by a daughter, Lynn (Rick) Baxter and grandsons, Chris Baxter and Collin Baxter. A Memorial Service will be held 4:00 pm Friday, January 4, 2019 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev Gary Byrum officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 134 S.
