Cindy Warner Culverhouse

Cindy Warner Culverhouse, 65, of Clemmons, passed on to her heavenly home December 13, 2018 after a long battle to recover from a stroke in 2016. She was born in Forsyth County to Vernon and Betty Lou Ebert Warner. Cindy was a 1971 graduate of West Forsyth High School, where she was a member of the drill team, homeroom officer and performed in the school follies. Cindy had a great personality and sense of humor. She enjoyed reading and loved music and being outside in the sunshine. She was preceded in death by her father and infant son, Joshua. She is survived by her mother and devoted son and caregiver, Paul Culverhouse, and brother Phillip Warner and wife Jill. A celebration of life will be Saturday, March 16, at 2 pm at Ardmore Moravian Church followed by a reception in the fellowship hall. The family offers their thanks and gratitude to friends and members of Ardmore Moravian for their help and support during Cindy's recovery. Memorials may be made to Ardmore Moravian Church, 2013 W.
