Georgette Frances (Florian) Bowers

Georgette Frances Bowers, of Winston-Salem. It is with great sorrow we announce her passing on the morning of Friday December 13, 2024 surrounded by family, including her beloved fur babies. She courageously fought cancer with the support of group of warriors who were always by her side. Georgette was born and raised in New Jersey to Stella Elizabeth (Phillips) and George Florian where she lived till she found the love of her life Jeffery Lewis Bowers. Preceded in death by Parents George and Stella Florian, and Brother Paul Florian. She is survived by her husband of 33 years Jeff Bowers, Son Daniel Foland and wife Kim. Two wonderful grand children Ava and Mitchell . Two sisters, Ann and husband Paul Brauer , and Brenda and husband Wayne Koman. One Brother James Florian. Along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Georgette was last employed by PCG where she was a valued member of the management team/family.

A celebration of her wonderful life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in her name to: Forsyth Humane Society or The American Cancer Society.
