Jackie (Jack) Carl Stewart

Jackie (Jack) Carl Stewart, 78, of Winston-Salem passed away peacefully Saturday January 18, 2025, at Woltz Hospice home in Dobson, NC with his family by his side. He was born April 14, 1946 in Detroit, Michigan to Thomas Stewart and Rosalie Absher.

Jack attended school in Elkin, NC. He retired as owner of S&H car wash and detail shop. Jack then worked part time at Bermuda Run Country Club Golf Course. He enjoyed cooking, golfing, and cars.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Cynthia Stewart; two sisters Glenda Gordon, and Claudia Combs; and a brother Sammy Spicer. He is survived his daughter Heather Spears of TN; his sister Ivadine Hester (Bill) of NC;  sister in law Kathy Hopkins (David); grandchildren Crystal Combs and Nicholas Mabe of TN; great grandchildren Madison Combs, Reagan Combs, Mia Mabe, and Salem Mabe of TN; along with other grandchildren and great grandchildren; and family.

A graveside service will be held at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall 2:00 PM Friday January 24, 2025.
