Mr. James E. Miller,73, of King, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2017 after a long illness. He was born in Mercer County, WV to Ray Vevy and Ruby Helen Tate Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Bill Miller; and nephew John Miller. James is survived by four daughters, Rose Carol Miller of TN, Michelle Rausch and husband Terry of Laurel Springs, NC, Melinda Cook and fiancé Tim Bledsoe of King, NC, Melissa Arbgast and husband Jared of King, NC; four sons, Timmy Bennett of WY, Mike Bennett of WV, Jamie Bennett of WV, and David Bennett of WV; James was the proud grandpa of 18 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; and one great-grandson due in June 2017; one sister Betty Deweese of WV; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Miller will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, May 28, 2017 at the Barley and Miller Cemetery in Clark's Gap, WV.
