Jeannie Jester Lawhorn

Jeannie Jester Lawhorn, 64, of Denton passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019. She was born July 7, 1955 to Carl Leslie and Louise Walden Jester. Jeannie loved her family and was always taking care of each of them. She owned a Karaoke business for many years where she often sang. She had a beautiful voice, like a songbird. Jeannie was loved by her family and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Leslie Jester. Jeannie is survived by a son, Jonathan Lawhorn and wife, Jamie; 3 daughters, Amanda Armstrong, Ashley Armstrong and Nicole Gardner; four grandsons, Jonathan Lawhorn, Justus Lawhorn, Jacob Lawhorn and Nicholas Lawhorn; a granddaughter Cassandra Wireman; three additional grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Laura McKenzie, Tammy Berrier, and Ladease Darnell; and one brother David Jester.. A celebration of life will be held 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 15 at Twin City Cremations and Funeral Services with Pastor Keith Barker officiating.
