Juanita Hairston Mcbride

Juanita Hairston McBride, 89, of Winston-Salem, passed away Friday, December 21, 2018. Juanita was born January 15, 1929 in Winston-Salem to Kenneth Russell and Tera Horper Hairston. She graduated from Carver High School class of 1948. Juanita retired from the Goodwill Rehabilitation Industries Center. She was a long time member of Canaan Missionary Baptist Church where she joined under the leadership of the late Rev. William E. Brannon and was a member of the Sunday School. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband Alber McBride. She is survived by her nephew Jonathan Brannon (Jacqueline); niece Gayle E. Brannon; step son Alber Mcridejr; and a host of nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank The Crest of Clemmons (The Ivey of Clemmons), Palliative Care of Forsyth Medical Center, Intermediate Critical Care 2 of Forsyth Medical Center, and Trellis Supportive Care (Hospice and Palliative Care) for the support and care that was shown to the family.
