Judith "Judy" Naomi Miller,72, of King, passed away Monday, February 12, 2018 following a long illness. She was born in Fayette County, WV to Kenneth Brown and Hazel Gilbertie Hoskins Brooks. Judy retired after 23 years of faithful service as a nurse from Village Care of King. She loved to crochet and write poetry. She also loved football, and making flower arrangements but more than anything she loved spending time with her children and her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters Jeanette "Sissy" Whitt, and Rose Mary McCutcheon; six brothers Kenneth Brooks, Lloyd Brooks, Harold Brooks, Bud Brooks, Gene Brooks, and James Brooks. She is survived by four sons Timothy Bennett; Michael Bennett; Jamie Bennett; and David Bennett; three daughters Michelle Rausch (Terry); Melinda Cook (fiancé Timothy Bledsoe); and Melissa Arbgast (Jared); eighteen grandchildren; and six great grandchildren; a sister Carol Ramsey; a sister-in-law Margaret Brooks; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Twin City Cremations with Rev. Terry Rausch officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
