Michael Brent Duckett

Michael Brent Duckett, 65, of Winston-Salem, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017. He was born on April 4, 1952, in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Wendell Howard and Joyce Anne Edlin Duckett. Michael was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Kathy Self Duckett; 3 children, Benjamin Duckett, Josiah Duckett, and Mary Duckett; and a granddaughter Arianna Hicks. A memorial service will be held 2 pm Tuesday, July 25 at Twin City Cremations, located at 122 North Spruce Street, with Rennie Adcock officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the memorial service. Memorials may be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home at 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
