Robert Shane Dutton

Robert Shane Dutton, 44, of King, NC passed away peacefully at his home, Saturday, August 18, 2018, after a 3-year battle with colon-rectal cancer. He was surrounded by family and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Raymond and Ruth McMahan; his paternal grandfather, Bill Dutton and a great nephew, Easton Sunday. He is survived by his five children, Tyler, Lily, Amber, Karlee and Robert George (RG); his fiancé, Hannah Draughn; his mother, Debbie McMahan and father, Bob Dutton; brother, Raymond Dutton and wife Kerri; sister, Dana Tanner and husband Daniel; grandmother Polly Mills; nieces Ruthie, Lakyn, Abbi and Sydney; nephews Triston, Mason and Cortlen; one great neice Reagan; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held September 2, 2018 from 4 PM until 8 PM, at Central Park, 302 Kirby Road, King, NC 27021. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Shane Dutton Children's Fund, 138 Westview Drive, King, NC 27021.
