Sally Ruth Beck

Sally Ruth Beck, age 77, died Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at the Hospice Home of Davidson County. She was born on May 31, 1939 in High Point, NC to Eddie and Gladys Spangle Beck. Sally graduated from Jamestown High School, Class of 1957. She enjoyed reading, traveling to the mountains and most of all, shopping on QVC. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son-in-law Keith Hurley, Sr. She is survived by four children, Jerry Coleman and wife Kimberly, Cathy Coleman Stepp and husband Jim, Sherry Coleman Hurley, Lee Coleman and wife Rochelle; ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one brother, Phillip Beck and wife Norma. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, November 27, 2016, at Deep River Friends Meeting with Rev John Sides officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 2:45 prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County at 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
