Ms. Sandra M. (Sonstrom) Armstrong, 65, of Winston-Salem, was received into her heavenly home on Monday (February 29, 2016). Ms. Armstrong was born May 21, 1951 in Bristol, CT to Fred and Jean (Radun) Sonstrom. After pursuing interior design, she found her joy in helping others in the nursing field. Sandy is survived by two daughters, Courtney Armstrong of Charlotte, NC, and Whitney Hauser of Concord NC; two grandsons, Caleb Hauser and Luke Hauser, both of Concord, NC; and many cousins and cherished friends. We will all miss her loving hugs, quick wit, great advice and her shining presence.
