Theresa Kicielinski Sabbagh, 60, of Winston-Salem went home to God and was reunited with her son, Jonathan on January 8, 2019. She was born June 22, 1958 to Vincent and Carol Pivonka Kicielinski. . A graduate of Lincoln High School, Cleveland, Ohio Theresa was a business major at Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. Theresa was an artist with various talents, sewing, painting and crocheting, often gifting her creations to others. After years of working in the business and customer service fields, Theresa became a business owner, making and selling custom designed jewelry. Theresa was active in her community, never met a stranger, and an advocate for others. She was especially active in her advocacy for people with Multiple Sclerosis, starting her own local support group in Winston-Salem. To help a wider range of people, she started and managed an MS website with information and resources for others suffering with the disease. She was preceded in death by her father, Vincent, sister Loretta, brothers David and Steven and son Jonathon. She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, David Sabbagh, his three daughters and 11 grandchildren. She is also survived by her mother, Carol, sisters Christine and Judy and brother Vincent and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 4507 Thomasville Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27107.
