Trentin Daniel Millslagle, of Clemmons was called to be with his Heavenly Father on the evening of February 3, 2022 at the young age of 23 from a tragic automobile accident after leaving work. Trentin was born in Peoria, IL on June 4, 1998 to Jamie Turner (Bates) and Daniel Millslagle. At the age of 5, he moved with his mother and family to Clemmons, NC where he lived until his death. He attended Southwest Elementary School, Meadowlark Middle School, and was a graduate of West Forsyth High School. He was pursuing an Associates Degree at Forsyth Technical College, with plans to continue his education and career with the park service.
One of his first words was ball and to no surprise, he loved sports from a very young age. He played little league baseball and as he got older, played travel ball. He also played basketball, football, and enjoyed watching sports, especially following Indiana Basketball with his Grandpa Bates and Uncle Adam who was like a brother to him. He loved to travel, be outdoors, go hiking and had a growing passion for fishing. As a full-time college student, Trentin worked at Tanglewood Pizza Co. where he was admired for his work ethic as a hardworking, dedicated, and reliable employee. He was loved by his many co-workers and customers there.
Trentin was deeply loved by his family and enjoyed many vacations with them. He also loved spending time together swimming at his Grandparents’ pool. He was funny, light-hearted, and a joy to anyone around him. His energy and smile would light up a room. He was always kindhearted, compassionate, and a great listener. He was a regular attender at River Oaks Community Church in Clemmons for the past 17 years with his family
